NOC Engineers provide remote technical support in a proactive environment to our US and International customers including the largest cable and satellite operators in the world. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting software, hardware, and the network systems or applications necessary to ensure smooth operation of network services.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering phones, opening tickets, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, responding to requests for support received via email and voicemail, keeping updated with the latest product release information, and updating customers with the status of open issues.
NOC engineers may also be given the opportunity to travel to customer locations to participate in on-site installations of head end equipment.

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
